Join us at our busy, friendly, family owned and operated Ski Area!  There are many benefits for our employees at Harper Mountain.  You will receive a Season’s Pass, which includes discounted Lift Tickets to many BC Resorts.  Discounts on food and in our Snowsports School and Shop.  We welcome international staff with a visa in place.  Many of our previous out of country staff have returned to us for many years.  Our positive, family atmosphere will make you feel welcome from day one with us!

We require:

CSIA/CASI  or equivalent Ski and Snowboard Instructors

Kitchen staff 

Lift attendants

Rate of pay depends on qualifications and job ($12 - $15/hr)

The Ski Club requires CSCF Coaches.

Volunteer Ski Patrol

Volunteer Ski Patrol wants you! Would you like to join a fabulous and dedicated force of people who love to ski, ride and help others?  Membership in the Canadian Ski Patrol brings with it many benefits. Some of which include:

  • Advanced First Aid Training starts in September
  • Fellowship with other skiers and snowboarders
  • Reduced lift ticket prices at some hills
  • The opportunity to learn to ski or ride better
  • Membership requirements vary slightly from one area to another but, in general, the following criteria will help you determine if you are eligible to become a ski Patroller
  • You are at least eighteen years of age.
  • You complete all required training and tests.
  • You maintain current membership status.
  • You can ski or ride as well or better than the average person
