Purchasing the refund option provides the assurance of a pro-rated refund due to illness, injury, or involuntary job transfer. Without the purchase of the refund option, season passes are non-refundable. The refund option MUST be purchased at the same time as your season pass.

Conditions
• The Refund Option must be purchased concurrently with the Season Pass.
• The Refund procedures must be completed within 30 days of nonparticipation, and occur prior to the end of the ski season to be eligible for a refund.
• The refund option fee is not refundable in the event of a claim.
• Refund may only be claimed for the current ski season.
• The responsibility to obtain and use the pass lies solely with the purchaser.
• If the current Season Pass is used for any reason after the date of illness, injury, or transfer, no refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be issued outside the above guidelines.
• Injury or accident to the covered pass holder that prevents the passholder from using the season pass for skiing or snowboarding
• Death of covered passholder
• A diagnosed disease that prevents the covered passholder from using the season pass for skiing or snowboarding
• A job or school transfer/acceptance of the pass-holder or his/her spouse (including common-law) that necessitates a change of residence outside a 4 hour drive/radius 300 kms from Harper Mountain; provided the transfer/acceptance is not near your current address already outside the 4 hours/300 kms radius, and provided the transfer/acceptance is not made within 6 weeks of pass purchase.
• Supporting documentation is required from a medical doctor.

Pass protection DOES NOT cover:
• Due to any temporary or minor injury or illness
• Due to emotional disorders or pre-existing conditions prior to purchasing your Season’s Pass
• Due to any injury or illness that does not prevent a participant pass holder from skiing or boarding
• Pregnancy
• Force majeure; acts of God, fire, vandalism, labor disputes, weather conditions or mechanical failures
• Employment status other than a transfer (i.e. laid off/quit-see details above)

Refund Schedule
• Prior to the official opening, 90% of the purchase price will be refunded
• Until December 20th, 80 % of the purchase price will be refunded
• Until January 15th, 45% of the purchase price will be refunded
• Until February 15th, 25% of the purchase price will be refunded
• After February 15th, no refund will be issued

Medical certificate from physician providing:
• Date of first medical treatment, Prognosis, including statement from doctor that refundable pass holder is unable to ski or snowboard and how long the illness or injury will prevent participation.
• In the event of a job transfer, a letter from the employer specifying location, date and length of transfer
• Current 2023/2024 Season Pass
